Shipping policy

Every OVR order is made especially for you.

Processing time varies by item. Please check the processing timeframe listed on each product page to see how long your item takes to prepare before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order along the way.

Delivery Times

Australia: Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped.

Express shipping is not currently available.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, sales, public holidays or due to delays with the postal service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the delivery provider. If your tracking shows a delay or your parcel appears to be missing, please contact us at hello@oceanviewranch.au and we’ll do our best to help.
