Refund policy

We want you to love your OVR pieces. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re more than happy to help.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please email hello@oceanviewranch.au with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll provide you with the return details.

Return postage for size exchanges is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable service.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or change of preference.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oceanviewranch.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll assess the issue and our team will contact you with the next steps.
